HP g6-2314AX

Hello guys,
I am on a really tight budget(35k max) and want to buy a laptop for HD movie viewing,web browsing and playing CS over lan.
I have found out HP g6-2314AX which has excellent features.So is it good??
I am concerned about AMD powered laptops.Are they good???
Do these laptop has any known issues???
Please give me some advice.
