HP After Sales Services

Hi Guys,
I had purchased 2 years extended warranty from one of the HP Service providers (Intarvo Technologies). After making online payment of 6800 bucks , after 2 months I got call from one of their executives who asked me for extra 700 bucks. I refused to pay extra amount and asked them for complete refund which has not been cleared till now.

The point here is after sales service of every company with the exception of Dell sucks. I would like to know if any of you had any similar experience ?. Has any one filed complaint with consumer court ?.

I purchased a similar plan with ADP for some 8000 bucks and no body called me to ask any sort of mney after that.Escalate the matter to HP,and I'm sure,they'll do something about it.
