[Query] How's ASUS's after sales support?

Hello friends,
I am planning to purchase an ASUS G551JK. But I am skeptical about the after sales support. Can anyone tell me if I should go for it or should I bite the bullet and go for the HP Envy k005tx? This is not a laptop comparison thread but the after sales support experience thread. I live in New Delhi so please share your experience. Live near Janakpuri

from last i heard, it is good in Lucknow. my hardware vendor always praises the quality as well as after sales support of asus.

Here in Kolkata Asus is back to Rashi again but Rashi has improved from previous time. Previously digicare handled Asus RMA but they were just too slow. Anyway, if you have any problem with RMA you can always work it out

Yup. I just bought an ASUS G551JK

In my CITY, Rashi handles Mobo RMA whereas Digicare handles GPU RMA
My ASUS Gpu failed twice in around 2 years and both times replacement was pretty quick, under 1.5 weeks

Can't say about gfx cards but rashi repairs OOW asus motherboards.
