How to use webcam in airtellive

I am using the airtellive trick for acessing net one my pc.I can sign in in yahoo messenger by using the proxy and port.Now i cant make a voice chat or open a webcam.Whenever i try to do that i receive a error message as :
"A network error occour while connecting to the server".Please help ME!

wats the speed u r gettin?, might be due to low connecting speed the server may get reset due to timeout.

I am getting 40-50Kbps(bits per sec)
