You can play them like the rest of the games you play, just By clicking on the main executable.

If you have problems then,

> right click on the executable
> click properties
> Go to the compatibilty tab
> Check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' option
> Select either Windows 98 or 95.

This would solve things!

there's a cool DOS emulator around called dosbox...allows you to simulate a fully configured machine with hardware of the times when DOS games were popular...you'll also have to download a front end for ease of use

But remember that running any DOS emulator will consume lots of system resources (it has to, otherwise how will it slow down the system?) and generate a lot of heat. So ventilate your system properly if you intend to use it for long hours.

Yeh! D-Fend is the right choice. I've used it and it doesn't cause much overheating. of system. Just one thing bad ,or may be good, about it is that you have to mount drive letters each time you want to use it, else its fine. I remember, some of the dos games, like alladin which had problem with sound previously on my system with windows 98, now run smoothly with sound on both 98 and XP since it uses the 32 bit soundcard interface provided by Windows and not the emulated sound devices.

Yes, D-Fend is a good option. I've used it once or twice earlier. But it did generate quite a bit of heat. Or may be that day was little hotter ;) :)

Hey man the DOS games are boring, memory eater & they kill our graphics causing color problems in the future. Still You wan to do then

In the properties

Goto compatiability tab
Make if win9X compatible
