How to reduce power consumption for the below config?

500 GB Stagate 32 MB cache HD

Corsair VX450 SMPS

Zebronics Bijli Cabinet

Sony DRU 830A DVD-RW

Benq Plain Keyboard

Logitech Black Plain Mouse.

APC Back UPS -ES 650W

According to Powerchute Plus Personal Edition from APC the config is consumong 113 W of power

How to reduce power consumption for the above config?

dude. 113W is pretty low for that rig. My room heater runs 24hrs a day

dood the pwr consumed by ur rig is very low.my rig consumes bout 350W of pwr when idling.and it run 24/7.
at load it crosses 500W (when gaming & SLi is enabled)

sry guys...but how do you know how much power your system uses?

^^^^ either u can calculate the max total pwr usage or if ur ups came with any monitoring software then u can monitor current pwr draw thru that software.

TDP of your processor is 95W. So the CPU+Mobo will consume more than that.
