HOW TO RECOVER FILES? - DELETED UNKNOWINGLY

I have an ASUS Zenfone 5z, actually I use AVG Cleaner, unknowingly I selected the Download folder of the Internal Storage, and it cleaned all, Please let me know What should I do now? Is there any Software by using which I can recover that folder? I want to know atleast the names of the files present in Download Folder. Please Reply.

How is your internal storage exposed when connecting it via OTG? If it's a regular storage, perhaps you could use a desktop undelete application such as Recuva. If it's MTP I doubt there is any app/tool that will help you. Given all the crap that's on the Play store it's better not to risk installing some malware.
