How to play Roller coaster tycoon II on P4

In the zone
It is exceedingly hard to play Rail Road tycoon II on my P4 machine as the scene moves extremely fast on slightest movement of the mouse. Whereas it was a pleasure to play on my old 800 machine.
Is there any way to reduce the sensitivity???

there must b sum option to reduc mouse sensitivity in d game option or

START->CONTROL PANEL->

where u will have the program with which u can control mouse beahviour
