how to overclock the processor???

and let me there u there is no answer to it... if u dont tell me what processor u have....what motherboard u have... how much do u plan to overclock....and what type of cooling do u have in ur machine..... one cannot suggest anything....

Well if you have an AMD processor you can check out the wonderful tutorial
*www.thinkdigit.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=442. Or if you have in intel processor it is going to be harder because intel usually locks the multiplier and the fsb increments in the bios so in this case you can use a third party software such as clockgen *www.cpuid.com/clockgen.php.
Although i heard intel D processors can be oc'ed ..not too sure about them . Hope this helps
