how to make a picture cd playable on dvd player

i have a dvd player with mpeg4,kodak cd playing features. i want to make a picture and video cd playable on my dvd player , which software should i use to make such a type of cd easily.

I think you can use any software. The difference lies on the way you burn the video to disk.
You will have to use the Nero's settings for burning a video to a disk, such that it can be played on a DVD player.

+1 to Nero. It is best and easiest tool , just select slideshow wizard and follow.

And if don't want to pay then you have to see the video's format which plays on your dvd and then convert the videos you want to burn in that format and make a video disk by any burning software.
