I have work from home job, so I'm currently not using my scooter (2013 Wego) for daily commute. But I use it sometimes to go to nearby places (mainly shops to buy things) within 1 or 2 km. I usually daily start & rev it for 1 or 2 mins, but today battery seems completely down (I think it's been more than 4 to 5 years using it). After fixing this how do I prevent battery from going down when usage is like I said? Also frogs also going inside through front grill how can I prevent it?
How to maintain scooter when usage is less & prevent animals like frog from going inside it?

You cant prevent the degradation of battery over time.
Don't know about frogs, but if you take it to a service center, they use some rodent repellent to prevent rats from going inside, perhaps there is something similar for frogs. Ask a service center or some mechanic about this.
Though IMO it's better to keep the scooter covered when you are not using it for extended periods of time.
