how to insert ep 630 into ear..??

well i've got these new ones... im quite frustrated now.. it just seems so uncomfortable...i figured out how to change the buds but my ears start to pain. i have to insert it painfully deep inside to get good bass effect. now how exactly do i put these things in?? how can i make it more comfortable...

Plugging in the headphones is a very personal matter I think. Your ears have a unique shape and so those needed to be plugged in your style.
