How to get the basic OS on my Zenfone2 500KL

Hi All,

I am using zenfone 2 550KL. It got updated many times with newer version of android. Currently the version of android is in my mobile is 6.0.1.

But now the touch and other functionalities are not working fine. Even when phone rings I am unable to pick the call. So I want the OS which was came with my mobile initially, when I bought it.

So please suggest me any tool, software or utility to do so.

[I have done the hard reset many times, but didn't make any changes in OS]

Once show it to at service showroom, and update OS. After that install Apps that which you want they Freely Available from Internet to download and install.

Be careful when downgrading as it may brick your phone or try any AOSP ROMS from XDA
