How to connect LED TV with HDMI port with a PC which have only VGA(D-SUB) port ?

I bought a new LED TV with have a HDMI port for connectivity . My PC which have x4500 on-board GPU dont have HDMI port. I have only VGA(D-SUB) port.

Is there is any converter to connect VGA -> HDMI . ?

I cant buy a new graphics card for this time being

There are VGA - HDMI converters, but I have doubts if they will work properly. Buy a basic graphics card instead.
