How is this config for gaming?

Forgive of for not following the template. My pc died, and I'm using a mobile browser which keeps reloading it.

AMD FX 4100 @6K

Gigabyte GA-78MLT-SP2T @2.8K

2x Corsair 4 GB ram @2K

Cooler Master Thunder 450W @2.7K

HIS ICQX HD 6870 Turbo @12.5K (flipkart)

everything else I already have

budget 26K

Questions-

1. Is the procy and mobo compatible? Or will I need to update the bios?

2. How much better is HD 6870 than gtx 650 ti?

3. Would I be able to max out most games at 30-40 fps at 720p with this config?

4. Finally, should I go for this now, or should I wait 2-3 months? Is something better coming?

Yes, I would if I find a way to decrease the cpu cost by 1k. Any ideas?

Also, how much bottleneck will I be looking at with pentium g630 + HD 7850?
