how about 7870 for graphics card?
it performs better than 660 at same price point.but before everything make sure that 311 will be able to house either of those cards.

I'd suggest to get AMD card under 20k, 7870 comes to mind.

For 20k, 660ti would fit well.

i guess there is no difference in performance of ripjaws x and vengeance so don't you think it is better to go for vengeance as it costs less and also corsair's after sales support is very good.

I always prefer NZXT cabinets under 3k
Try to get NZXT Gamma or Source 210 Elite
