Country: India (Buy offline)
Like: HP, Dell, Asus, Acer
Primary Tasks: Matlab 2012, Photoshop CS5.5
(optional) Other Tasks: Video editing, 3D modelling, Autocad 2010
OS: Win 7 Ultimate, Backtrack 5
Portability: Very portable to carry to College in bag
(optional) Games: CoD latest, Assassin's Creed series, etc
Battery: > 5 hrs
Resolution: > 1024x768







1. ASUS Eee PC 1215B has "Broadcom 802.11n" network card
2. I don't think ASUS Eee PC 1215B supports Monitor/Injection as stated in the Aircrack-ng compatibility list




Bought "ASUS Eee PC 1215B"
Problems in ASUS Eee PC 1215B:-
1. Couldn't run BT5. Graphics not working
2. Same prob. for BT4
3. In Windows 7 Ultimate, Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter driver issue... not working.
4. In BT4, iwconfig doesn't show up wlan0 (Wifi) or any such... not even eth0 (LAN) or Blutooth ....)

** Please Resolve the above problems.
