How do I add new user in cpanel?
Im having someone work on my existingcpanel.
They need to have access to cpanel.(for their addon domain)
Can I create their own?
And if I create a new user how do I do that in cpanel?

You cannot add a user in cPanel since you yourself are at USER LEVEL.

Yes, offcourse there is

Upgrade to reseller account and add that site under your reseller rather than addon domain
