[Query] how are MSI motherboards and thier RMA?

i was thinking of buying the MSI ZH77A-GA1 motherboard.by march for my new rig.but i've heard that MSI mobo's are crap.is it true?

MSI's RMA might be best in India. Never seen anyone having a complaint regarding their RMA.

And by March, Intel Haswell (new generation) will be out.

Can't say about their RMA's as I haven't been in for RMA in the last >7 years I've been using MSI motherboard. When my last mobo (first one I ever bought ~7 years ago) - that too MSI 915GLM-V died about 6 months back, my first preference was MSI.
So, I can say you can go with MSI eyes closed.
