I Have A Doubt..

Say, If U R Going To A Site.the Site Has A Lnik . If U Click The Link U Will Get A Pop-up Page. The Pop-up Page Has A Hit Counter In It..

Say That U Have Setted The Ie To Block The Pop-up Page In The Ie Properties..

So When U Click The Link, Ie Will Ask U Whether To Open It Or Not..
(assume That U Don't Answer To It)
So Will The Hit Counter In The Pop-up Page Will Increases Its Number
