HELP!!!!

hi guys i have ngage qd and yesterday its software got corrupted. i used to take backup by going to tools->memore->backup device memory to memory card.

and i had that file on my pc. and now i copied it back to the phone. i got all my settings even my wallpaper back.....but the most important thing i didnt get!! My contacts!!!! pls tell if someone knows about this. everybody knows how important it is.

try opening your backup file in a text editor

I think it will show all your contacts

nope it doesnt. its all jibberish

i had taken an older backup the same way all the way in april. when i restored that backup i got the contacts of that time.....
