Its called stuck pixel. how many dots are coming? Give details on the model and where did you order the phone from?

Try using some stick pixel removal software.

5 white dots are visible... model is acer aspire v3-571g " where you orchard ours from." means??????
does this stuck pixel a hardware issue or software issue ? does i shud contact service center for repair or replacement pf lcd or if software issue which software shud i use to remove ?
does this will persist or will go off after sometime ,if nothing is done?????

@OP .. sorry..When I replied I was using Tapatalk and Swype screwed up my previous reply. Where did you buy the laptop from. You should be entitled for a new replacement piece as there are 5 pixels affected. check with Acer CC.
