Pretty much every question which people ask are generally answered right in front of you if someone puts in the effort of reading FAQ. Only rules. Nothing else. :) Being new is not an excuse. We prefer queries being answered when someone fills up the PC Configuration template. Convinient for us and you too.

erm. Wrong logic regaring *clock speed* stuff. GPU isn't judged by that.

How do I determine the performance of a graphic card? Video memory (VRAM)? Memory width? Core frequency?
None of these. The foolproof way to determine the performance of a graphic card is by looking at the frames-per-second delivered by it in games. So, check out reviews on websites like HardOCP, HardwareCanucks, Anandtech, Tomshardware et cetera.

Best Graphic card in 9k? It is HD 6850.

erm.... "Intel i5"

One more thing, you should be _exact_, absolutely _exact_ when stating your opinions. "I want to buy intel core i3 or i series" or "i want to buy amd athlon or phenom series" - these kind of questions are dumb. Absolutely dumb. Which generation are you talking about? First generation Core i3-540 (obviously outdated now) or second generation Core i3-2100? Which Athlon - Athlon 64 which came back in 2003 or Athlon II which sells now? So, be EXACT.

Intel i5-2320 is a great processor around 9k. But usually for gaming, no one needs anything above Phenom II X4 955 BE which costs 5.8k. yes, if you have a budget, you can go for anything you want. I'm just making a point.

4>> Mother board

erm #3. Cheaping out on the motherboard? You'd need a H67 motherboard which will cost around 6k.

5>> Power supply
Really don't wanna spend much on this. Suggest something for gaming.
I don't know what you meant there. The minimum PSU for having a graphic card starts at Rs. 2400 - FSP Saga II 500w or Corsair CX430v2.
