Help! PC in restart loop

Democracy is a myth
Recently I changed my flat and moved to a new location. Transported my PC. It was a short travel and I was in the car. I can assure no major or fatal shakes were encountered during the transport.

Now, coming to topic. Connected my PC last night and booted it.
It kept on restarting on boot itself.

Let me give you exact details....

Switch on power button-->

PSU is on, fan moving
Cabinet fans moving
MOBO light is on
Initial POST code is 90

Within 3 sec. it changes code to 99 and restarts
In this duration power did not come to my KBD and Mouse (using Razor Cyclosa and they have a blue LED which obviously lights on if power is on)

My guess is
1>the PC is not getting enough power.
>>Its normal plug point. Should I try a high AMP power soket?

2>The CMOS battery is the culprit.
>>Any way to check?

3>The PSU itself is gone.
>>But is was working perfectly even two weeks back!

b/w no beeps were heard though in this whole time.

Any lead guys? I'm at a loss what to look for.

69 views and one comment. Hmmm, anyway further update.

Did almost everything and then did the unthinkable...swapped the power plug of Monitor and PSU!

Surprisingly the power holds now, no more boot loop..............BUT............BUT no picture on monitor. Swapped again to make sure its not the power plug, and now (in original condition on which my first post was made) also no more boot loop but no picture.

I know I'm close to fix this but can't figure anything.

I've tried till now:
Removed GFX card and installed again.
Exchanged RAM slots
Removed CMOS battery and put again
Configured CMOS jumper to clear CMOS data
Tried to boot removing all data cable from optical drives etc
(even hit my cabinet in frustration couple of times!)

No progress

I guess the MOBO may be malfunctioning (why my KBD and mouse not getting detected?)
Experts, what sign should I look for if my MOBO is failing?

I hope you tried reassembling as one of my friend had the same no display issue and it turned out to be an over-tightly screwed motherboard. In another occasion it was a faulty LAN card that was causing short circuit. You can also try keeping all components out of cabinet (on a book or something non-conductive) and running it.

As you have shortlisted almost everything how about remounting the cpu ?

If possible try to run the pc without gpu. Test the motherboard outside of the cabinet with only necessary components connected like KB and monitor only. BTW, how old is your psu ?

Update:-

PC is up for last few days.

As you all suggested, I removed everything but my Procy (need to arrange a thermal paste b4 I do that). Then put them one by one. Made sure that they are put properly and tightly as applicable.
Powered on and this did not resolve the issue.

Closed the case and put some solid kicks on it. The PC is working since then.

One thing I'm sure now my MOBO is going to die soon. If the matter has come down to kicks now its only matter of time it will exhale for the last time.

Well, till you try to search a fitting solution for this, I'm thinking about 'upgrade'

Present config:-
Intel Q6600 (I'll keep it)
Abit IX38Quad GT
Gskill 4GB RAM 800Mhz(2*2)
Gfx card : MSI R7770
PSU : Seasonic SII 620
Heatsink: Thermalright 120 extreme
Two DVD writers - SATA
Two HDDs - SATA

Upgrade option:
Suggest me
1>A motherboard which can support Q6600, R7770, Thermalright 120 extreme heatsink
2>8GB single slot RAM
3>Any other parts that I should consider upgrading.
4>An affordable BluRay drive (not writer)

Purpose of the PC: MOVIES, casual gaming (I love to play RPG looking out to Witcher 3, I guess R7770 and a good amount of RAM may just run it)

Finding a motherboard which supports 8GB ram per slot is going to be the toughest part. Otherwise you can go for G41M Combo motherboard.

Most of the BR drives comes with write function so you need to opt for one such drive for pc as BR ROM drives are not readily available now.
