Use COMODO firewall Pro,
its for free, the size of the its setup is 7.57 mb's n its pretty good!

Edit:My vote goes for Comodo or Try Zone Alarm

comodo is not working on winxp 64bit neither the zone alarm

umm.. cant say about individual firewall application, how ever, as security Suite,

Kaspersky *www.kaspersky.com
etc

they all support x64 and comes with Firewall !!!!
