I am planning to buy monitor which brand has the best panel?? and durability?

Not sure about durability but from my personal experience I can say that Samsung's monitors tend to last quite a long time.

LI'd also say don't generalize entire product lineup, some products are bad, not all. It's very possible a reliable company sells an unreliable product but rest of the lineup are good.

Example, my dell in2030m has survived to this day since 10+ years. My LG27UD68p/UK850 had to be replaced 3 times in 2 years. But that doesn't make dell a better choice, dell also has a model with the exact same panel as the LG and that too faces the problems I faced with the LG.

My dell U2311H monitor purchased in 2011 died as soon as warranty period completed.

Benq & Viewsonic has good service. No idea about AOC.
