I want to buy laptop under Rs35,000. I've confusion in whether to buy
lenovo G580-59-337031 or lenovo G570 59-315902. the laptop should have
wi-fi ,Bluetooth ,3Gb ram and about 500Gb HDD.
which one is best from this two laptops?

^^ You can't really compare the laptop of the range of around 25k with one around 35.

Among the two, Lenovo G580 is good. It's also one of the best laptop under Rs 35k.
