Also, unlock the fan speed for your HD4850. afaik, it's locked to a max of 30% of it's potential speed.

but make sure you test it out completely.
This hack will not void warranty as it is a hack into the ATI catalyst software and not into the graphics card.
Turn the speed to a desired value, do some test, see how the temperature is.
