help me to build a htpc in (25 - 30 k)

I want to build a htpc for my 42" lcd lg jazz 80fr within a budget of 25k(or 30k max)
I want a silent and cool system and it should be able to play hd movies(1080p) with complete smoothness and glory. I need a hdmi slot in motherboard or graphic card so that it can be attached to lcd.
The main specs that i need help are processor ,motherboard , graphic card and cabinet.
so please help me to build the best possible htpc in this budget.

Please reply with as many ideas as possible.

My cabinet can be mini atx.

LOL... a 42" LCD...
Lets see what can we get for 30k..

E7300 - 5.8k + MSI P45 Neo F - 4.9k

EVGA 9800GTX+ SC - 12.5k(I doubt whether it can handle ur 42" LCD)
or
EVGA GTX260 Core 216 - 17k(Since u said a 42" LCD there is no point in getting a mid-range GPU like GTS250 or HD4850)

2x2GB DDR2 Transcend 800MHz - 2.5k
PowerSafe Gold 500W SMPS - 2k / Zebronics Pro M600W - around 2k / Corsair VX450 - 3.6k

If you choose EVGA 9800GTX+ then go for any one among the first two PSU's, but if u choose GTX260, then sure you'd go for Corsair VX450..

Total changes according to the GPU you choose...
