I want to buy a PC and im in a dilemma. What really is the performance difference in Core 2 duo and Dual Core processors?
Im looking for a branded PC with a Core 2 duo 2.4 GHz processor having 4 MB L2 cache memory. How much of a difference will that make compared to a 1.86 GHz one with 2 MB L2????
Lastly, should I go for an LCD monitor or CRT one? I was enthu abt the LCD one but now after reading a few threads, 'LCd bad for ur eyes' im a lil bit sceptic.
Please help!!
I have a budget of 45K and m a computer engineer + gamer, though not an avid one. Any configuration suggestions welcome.
