help me in dloading disc2phone SE

I have W700i but my software CD is broken. I dload disc2phone from site many times but it always say

install the .net runtime package from one of the digit CDs (or any other mag) or download it off MS' site and install it first. then install the d2p.

I have downloaded dotnetfx from MS site ,installed it..still it shows same error.....plz tell what to do
