Navigate the following Registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run once
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Run once

If any of the keyes having the value of "c:\Windows\system32\winsit.exe" then delte the value and reboot the system.....

All the best!

no no i am using windows xp sp2

can u tell me how to start a program automaticaly when any one log on

For that many ways there.... Few ways given below... If you are using registry for startup then give the correct path for ".exe"

1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

2.HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Run\

3. %windir%\Documents and Settings\User name\Startmenu\Programs\Startup

4. Using Autoexec.bat

The easiest method is that pasting the exe in the startup folder for automatic execution... All the best
