Broken In
I got the fix. Its the PSU the main culprit. I changed it to MWE650 and now it works absolutely fine. I can play all kinds of games from high to very high setting. Even my fav GTA5 i can play it at high to very high setting. I think i need to upgrade my RAM to 16gb for more performance.
