Help Me choose between a TV Tuner

Hi

first choice is

Win TV PVR 150 MCE kit..a regenade is selling here in bazaar....

OR

Any other TVtuner card...tell me good brand....

My PC Config that u need to know is in my sig
My re are
1. Xp and Vista ComPatible
2. MCE support ofcourse
3. Recording and all the features...dont need the dual chip one..coz too expensive
4. Good software library bundled...or any better u guys recommend

I dont knw nothing abt tuners.i never used one...so Ur stage Help me ok...

Go for Leadtech Winfast or opt for Pinnacle these are easily available dont by local branded.
