If you really want a config try this one,nobody here has given a total decent system
Firstly it would be better to raise the budget a much as you an espeially till about 75k if not more.

your budget won't allow antec so you may take zebtronics or something,if possible go with antec 400smart power or higher,shd be abt 3-3.5k
neways if possible consider 450 or higher,ask others abt 350,why take chances thoguh?
