Help me buy a new 17" Laptop

Hi! Guys!!

I am a bit confused this time. Am planning to buy a 17" Laptop.

Q: Please suggest me the best laptop under 65,000/- rupees.

Although I am interested in the 17 " (Dell was offering one, but don't know if it still done sell the 17" now ) you can suggest me the best configuration laptop of 15" or 16" also.
