Help in configuration: birthday gift to my 8 year old, Budget around 75K

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: This would essentially be used by my 8 year old daughter. Main usage will be for software like adobe photoshop , some video editing, casual gaming and elementary programming on platforms like scratch. The requirements might grow over next 3-4 years, so need some future proofing.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: about 75K. Can extend it by another 10K but ideally would like to keep within 75.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 250 SSD & 2TB HDD

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, have thought about Dell S2415H. Also considering U2415 if it is a significant step up.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Have to buy everything

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Next week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Gurgaon. Open for online as well as places like Nehru Place.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Need a system that can be with her for atleast 5 years if not more.

Intel i5 6500 -14500,
Gigabyte H110M-S2 -4500,
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400Mhz -2500,
WD Black 2TB -9000,
Samsung 850 Evo 240 GB- 7000
Seasonic S12II 520W- 5000,
Cooler Master 200 mATX case -2500,
Logitech MK200 -800.
Dell S2415H- 14000

Total ~= 60k.

You can use the remaining money for a GTX 1060 but honestly, I don't think a 8 year old will need it.

You can still get an i3 based config
which could cost you around 3-5k lesser

I have thought about the following configuration:

i5 6500 - 14500
MSI b150 Bazooka - 7000
Sapphire Radeon RX 470 4GB - 16500
8GB RAM - 2700
Samsung 750 EVO 250 GB SSD - 5000
WD 1 TB Blue - 3500
KeyBaord/Mouse - 3000
Dell S2415H - 14500
Seasonic S12 II 520W - 5500
Cabinet - 4000

Total - 77k Appx
Not sure if it is good idea to go for i7 6700, better graphic card like GTX 1060 or upgrade monitor to Dell Ultrasharp.

Though it's for your 8yr old kid, it's not just for her/him, right?
For your intended use, even 750ti/950 is fine. Going for RX470 is okay given that your future need could grow. Your Photoshop work and video editing not gonna demand a graphic card like 1060 even after 3-4yrs (just my assumption, someone who is in this line of work can comment more about it and/or you can dig online whether you need 1060 for this purpose). I don't think you should spend a lot on 1060 for 'casual gaming'.
Video editing could use i7
You can go for 850 EVO for 2k more.
430W is good enough
If you work demands height adjustable, pivot monitor then go for it. U2414H is about 5k more than S2415H
