Help! I cant play any games

Whenever i launch any game the screen goes blank and then returns to the desktop. Any ideas on why this happens??
My config is:
3.06
1gb ram
nvedia 6200 graphic card
gigabyte motherboard

Make sure your graphic driver is updated....Does the games crashes to desktop with error.

yeah, it might be a problem with the graphic card drivers. chk out the refresh rate lso to see if it matches with the games requirements. dont meddle into that much as the consequences are not pretty.

Try changing you display properties
like changing from 16 to 32bit or vice versa
or if this not works
try changing the compatibility and run your application

Update the Graphics Driver, and install a latest Directx.

Update ALL Drivers.

Get the latest version of DirectX (9.0c)

Download the latest OpenGL drivers
