Help connect Wi-Fi in PCLOS with Belkin Router

Married!
I use DELL Studio laptop PCLOS 2010 KDE 4 with a
Broadcom BCM43224 802.11a/b/g/n wifi card.
I have set the router (BELKIN N router) which is connected to BSNL ADSL Modem.
I use "Manage" mode with WPA/WPA2-PSK key and have set DHCP.to both my interface in laptop (eth0 and eth1, eth0 being the wifi)

In the Network Center(PCLOS) I can see the network SSID but when i try to connect, it fails.
However it connects in Win 7 in the same laptop without any problem, when provided with the key.
Since the laptop can see the SSID, it means the wifi card is working fine in PCLOS, right? I have connected my desktop with ethernet and it is assigned ip address of 192.168.2.2 and works fine. So my wifi on laptop should be assigned ip of 192.168.2.3 right? Router can be accessed only from Win 7 at 192.168.2.1

ifconfig shows no ip assigned for eth0 not does iwconfig only MAC address
Help me guys :-(

It seems this chipt wont work testers needed b43-firmware

More bad news :(
*wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/b43
not supported BCM43224 a/b/g/n

This is terrible.

Is there any other distro which support this chip?

I solved this by downloading gnome-network-manager-applet and as other like wicd kde networkmanager etc gives me the same "Authentication error", nm-applet just worked!!!
None of the kde-based distros worked :(
