I want to buy an Android phone below Rs. 10000. My most important criterion would be that it should be able to connect via USB to the net on my Laptop or PC ie. I should be able to use it just like a Internet dongle. Which one should i buy? Would Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 be a good choice?
