555 ahed with 3.2 ghz with rs 200 more

asus m4a88tm-le RS 3950 for value
but go with gigabyte ga880gm-ud2h for rs4300 extra advantage

Get the Black Edition and unlock the 2 cores with an Asus mobo like M4A87TD... The mobo costs around 5k... But it has no IGP..

if u interested in overclocking then dont go with athlon x640
use phenom BE its made for great overclocking without high temp

^^athlon 640 can easily be oced to 3.6-3.7ghz mostly with good coolers.
