help 4 grafix card & speakers

please help me... i have a pc wth asus K8S-MX Motherboard, chipset sis760 with AMD athlon64 2800+ proc... 256 mb ram.... i wanna buy a good graphics card within a range of 2k to 3.5k (min 128 mb) for playin latest RTS games like AOE 3, RON 2, CnC generals, empire earth 2 smoothly... i also wanna buy good 2.1 speakers up to 1.6k... please help me out...

please provide me with the exact details(manufacturer and model no) of all the compatible grafix card(plz... a good one) and speakers with the price...

get leadtek/XFX 6200 with 128MB it shud come in ur budget and is a very decent card for ur budget.if u wanna hav smooth gaming the i dont think 256MB ram is sufficent better hav atleast 512MB ram.u can go for creative inspire 2.1 speakers.

thank u aniruddh, i have one more query... motherbds onboard grafix is based on sis and u have suggested nvidia one... will there be any conflicts since i dont kno much abt the same.... and thank u once again for the details.....
