I have this odd problem in Hotmail since yesterday. I use incredimail in place of outlook so yesterday i saw that incredimail was not downloading my emails

so i opened the hotmail site and it asked for my email id and password. i put it then it asked me to Match the picture. i did that and then it again asked me to login with my email id and password. This is going on and on.

now i cant even login to my msn messenger.

then yesterday i gave my password to a friend of mine and she put the password and clicked on sign in, she was asked for match the picture. she did it and she was inside my account!!!!

then at the same moment i saw that incredimail was downloading my emails!!!!!

then i told her to sign out...and even i signed out.....then again i tried to sign in and the same problem came!!!!!

Hello Moshel,

Your e-mail has been forwarded to us at MSN Hotmail Technical Support.

I'm Devencio and I am writing in response to your issue on not being able to access into your account because of the Human Interface Proof (HIP) challenge you encounter. I can imagine how frustrating such issues can be and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

MSN Hotmail has recently implemented the Human Interface Proof (HIP). This enables us to verify that a person is using the account and not by an automated program that is designed to send large amount of mail. You will be asked to type randomly generated text when you sign in to your account through the Hotmail website. This is a precaution that will help prevent malicious users from using programs to automatically send junk e-mail through Hotmail. This will also help in protecting MSN Hotmail users from receiving such messages.

We know that being prompted to the HIP challenge everytime you access your account or send an e-mail message is causing you inconvenience at this time. We suggest that you please perform the HIP challenge for the meantime so you can continue to access your account or send an e-mail message to your friends.

Moshel, we appreciate the time you took to report this issue. Your feedback is of great help in our drive to continually improve our products and services.

Thank you for understanding and for your continued support to MSN Hotmail

Sincerely,

Devencio G.
