Headphones troubleshoot

i am facing a problem with my headphones.
The lyrics or the words spoken during a song or any movie are barely heard . Only a part of the the music is heard.I am using Desmat Stereo Headphones (model CD-7508MV)> Also i hv Nvdia onboard graphic card. Can i rectify it thru software by adjusting some parameters?

Hi adi ..seems you are havin a whole lot of probs with yur computer

what you have to do it that you have to Remove the HeadPhone plug from its slot and then put it in the plug again .... a wizrd should appear on the desktop. it will take you though the process ..

No man it doesnt solve the prob.

which player r u using??like winamp or media player
Try adjusting the eqaulser settings,if u give too much bass u will hear too much beats and less voice similarly if u give exessive treble u will hear too much chilling noise/sound,try adjusting the equaliser setting.Also if u have any third party plugins remove thme.

problem is there with all media players( not tried Winamp) RealONe, WMP,Limewire........
The plugin was also disabled and tried.

if u problem occurs only while vocals are played(garbled vocals) but background sound goes on well....

try removing ur headphone jack from socket on the cabinet
insert it again try loosely connecting it , rotating it in the socket....
finally try twisting the wires

i had a the same problem but got solved...
currently my headphones r loosely connectrd but work fine
