Headphone With Good Microphone

Need to buy Headphones for Office meetings and some casual gaming / movies. Looking for below features : -
  • Microphone quality must be good or Best. (Noise cancellation is a must have.)
  • Durable.
  • Comfortable for long duration usage. ( average 2 hrs at a time)
  • Prefer compatibility with both USB and audio jack.
  • Long wire. (Or also share extension wire to buy with your suggestion ) - Not sure if wireless Headphones are good choice for my use case. I have Samsung galaxy buds+ for my mobile but I am not satisfied with its battery life and not comfortable for long duration.
  • Good enough for casual gaming and movies.
  • Will be used in PC mostly but if supports mobile device also then big plus for me.
Budget - 6k. ( Not sure if I even need to spend this much for my usage. My main target is good microphone quality and comfort. )

Any Moderator or Admin user, please move this post to correct section (Audio).

Thanks

JBL Quantum 300 @ 4699

Comes with high quality mic, surround sound. Good for gaming and talking.

If you want usb connectivity, you can buy a seperate usb amp/ audio card, as there is not much variety In usb headphones. But there will not be much difference between usb and aux output

Cooler Master MH650 is a very choice at 5.5k. Amazon has it listed for higher but smaller shops have it for cheaper:
Buy Cooler Master MH650 RGB Headset at Best Price in India
Buy COOLER MASTER MH650 RGB | Gaming Headphones | EliteHubs
Buy Cooler Master MH650 RGB Gaming Headset at Best Price in India
These are some trusted small sellers.

For a bit cheaper, Corsair HS50 Pro & HyperX Cloud Stinger (not core edition) are good for 4.5k.

I own the HyperX, bought it for 4.3k. Its mic needed some boosting via Windows but is good. Not so impressed by the audio performance in music or movies, but that's a common thing with gaming headsets from what I heard. You will get a lot of reviews for Corsair HS 50 & HyperX Stinger, not so much for MH650.

Edit: Forgot to mention, now in summers, the headphones aren't very comfortable with sweating & all, I live in a humid region. I doubt any headphone will have better sweat handling, unless it has some fabric but that might start stinking after a year or two.

Well I prefer 3.5mm jack also. JBL Quantum 300 looks good, but bad reviews specially for microphone quality.

Cooler Master MH650 looks over priced on amazon ( Just one in stock ! ) and don't want to try delivery system of other small sellers in current situation.
Also found one at primeabgb ( Used this shop before for online purchase of my GPU but will avoid this shop for now. ) - Cooler Master MH650 at 5.4k

Shortlisted these headphones while searching:-

Jabra Evolve 20 UC - Used Jabra Headphones myself and works perfect for my use. ( Not sure if used same model but it looks identical ). Looks overpriced for features provided.
HyperX Cloud Stringer - Looks good features wise and in reviews. @omega44-xt can you confirm its mic quality if you have same model ?
Corsair HS 50 - Mic quality looks good in specs. but reviews are mixed for mic quality. Overall looks good.
Razer Kraken X - Good on paper for mic quality and reviews OK for Mic quality.

Nerevarine

Incarnate
Plantronics C320M never failed me, the newer version C3220M has noise cancelling microphone.

If you use teams or zoom, it has audio +/- and mute button on the headset. So if you need to mute unmute during conversations, its perfect.

I have a HyperX Cloud Stinger, bought that & my Viper Mini mouse via such small sellers. They sent it via shiprocket & I got delivery from fedex. The seller for my HyperX doesn't have a website & Viper Mini was from elitehubs. I know people who bought from sphinx & compify, just have a chat with them via FB/whatsapp.

Primeabgb has it at a decent price though, so no worries.

My headphone's mics are good & I like the flip to mute a lot, esp in meetings where I don't have to mute myself in the app. Just record your own voice initially & see if its loud enough, if not you can boost the microphone's gains a bit in Win10.

HS50 is old model, stick with HS50 pro. Heard of Razer Kraken but didn't check its reviews. Never heard of that Jabra one personally.
