Having weird FPS in Far Cry 4.. Help Needed!!

Hi,
Am currently playing Far Cry 4 in ultra settings on 1920*1080 resolution. The problem is am getting 35-45 FPS only, though the gameplay is smooth with no stuttering. Have tried lowering the settings to very high, high & even low, whats strange is that am getting same fps. Dont know what is going wrong. My PC specs are as follows

Proc - AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Mobo - MSI B450M Mortar
Ram - 8 GB
GPU - Sapphire Radeon RX580 Nitro+ 8GB
PSU - Antec NE550M

Did you disable Vsync? Also checking the benchmarks here, the FPS feels about right for ultra @ 1080p. How are the temps when running it?

The problem is solved, found out to be a driver issue. As for the fps, it stays above 70+ with ocassional drops to 45-50 at 1080p ultra. Temp wise rx 580 runs at 65 c max.
