Has MTNL blocked Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo and Flickr?

Can't open any of these sites:
Facebook
Twitter
YouTube
Flickr
imgur
Vimeo

I get an error that says this site is blocked on your network from OpenDNS. Image attached.




Anyone else facing this issue? I'll change DNS and try again.

Issue is the same on Google DNS. Tried on different browsers, no luck. Tried in private browsing mode on Firefox, no luck. Same error on my phone, and on my roommate's laptop.

What the hell is going on here?
