the title says it all i got a GTS 450 and a CX430 i want to add another GTS450 SLi so will need something like a 550watts psu

TBH I would suggest you to sell your GTS 450. And thus you will have a good amount of cash. You could probably get a used HD6870, and since you are running an overclocked GTS450 on your current PSU I guess you should be fine with a 6870 too.

Edit: On second thoughts, you can probably get a used HD 7850, which uses much less power And crossfire it when needed
