GTA V- The Big Score glitch and save game folder

Hi Guys,

I have completed GTA V. I was replaying the missions with the alternate approaches. All of them work well. When I select The Big Score mission and select the Obvious approach, the game hangs. When Michael opens the door after the cutscene it just freezes, but the background song plays well. I can also press Esc and continue using all of the options. I googled and found similar queries with no answer-

What should I do?

And where is the saved game folder located? I checked in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles, %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V and C:\ProgramData\Socialclub\YOURUSERNAME

Its in.
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\<RandomNumber>

All manual and auto saves are there.

Unfortunately there is no Profiles folder in that location. Any more help? And what about the game freezing issue?
