yes but it depend on your mobile

You'll need 8 GB or more internal memory and version 1.08 as v1.02 isn't for ART runtime AFAIK.
Plus, the phone should have adreno 305 or higher GPU for gameplay. Adreno 320 or higher is recommended for good performance.
